Although it was not initially in the list of languages scheduled to be released, recent efforts from @daniel and @bmeson to provide quality translations made it a natural candidate. I took the liberty of adding it to the release plan and proclaimed Freddy to be the reviewer because he is an FPF staff member.
Please let me know if I should have done things differently: nothing is set in stone
