No strings need work for August 2018 feature freeze

As of today, there are no new strings which need attention. This is the first
update for the 0.9.0 release scheduled September 5th, 2018. There will be another
string update August 28th, 2018 when string freeze starts.

If you would like to translate SecureDrop into a new language, now is the best
time to do it  If you are fluent in one of the languages that
are in progress1, feel free to jump in.

The 0.9.0 release will include translations that need update for
Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Russian,
Hindi, Dutch, Portuguese (Brasil), Turkish and Chinese (Traditional).
If you are fluent in one of these languages we need your help to translate the
strings that were changed or updated.

Reviewers from localizationlab are kindly reminded that they can Approve a string, meaning translators can only suggest
modifications but cannot modify the translated string. This helps make sure
the strings they reviewed are not changed unexpectedly right before the
release. See this post for more information about this feature.

If you notice something odd in the strings marked Need review, this is not a
bug and there are good reasons
for this to happen and nothing we can do to improve that. This is rare though
and you can just provide the correct translation and all will be good. If you
think the problem you’re seeing is different, please followup on that thread
in the forum.

On the weblate language page, you will see that some strings need review (they
were modified) and others are new and not translated yet.
