The labels of the desktop files that are available on the journalist USB key (and any key for which tails-config was run) are not part of the current set of translated strings. They have to follow an entirely different process which is being worked on (please ask if you want details, I’d be happy to share ;-).
These labels were added to the French and Norwegian translation. They show at the bottom of the translation summary, under the header Other components
