Weblate TLS issues

Hi,

Didn’t took time to look at it, but the TLS issuing is stuck. This will affect weblate in near ten days since the TLS cert isn’t anymore issued. This is probable some https-portal bug. See https://lab.securedrop.club/main/securedrop-club/issues/56 This will also affect gitlab.

I am not sure I will have time to check/repair.
