The documentation says this feature should be activated by the administrator. However, I can’t find how to activate this feature.
Please help.
It should be in the setup of “./securedrop-admin sdconfig” during the install phase, can’t remeber the details though but it’s in the documentation Install SecureDrop — SecureDrop stable documentation
Optionally, you can configure daily email notifications of submission activity for journalists. These help journalists avoid spending time checking the Journalist Interface when there are no submissions. For this you will need:
- the Journalist Alert Public Key
- the Journalist Alert Public Key fingerprint
- the email address that will receive the journalist alerts
