Add Lithuanian as a supported language in the Weblate instance

Hi there! We are looking for a person with the Weblate admin rights to add Lithuanian as a supported language in the SecureDrop Weblate instance. We are starting to make the translation and it would be more convenient for us to organise our work there. Cheers!
