Adding Catalán to SecureDrop 0.14.0

A team of contributors that work with SoftCatalà have finished the Catalan translations of SecureDrop 0.14.0 with the review in progress. If the review is finished by EOD of the 7th, would Catalán be able to be included in the release?

Excellent - if review is completed by the 7th, we’re happy to add Catalan to the supported languages!
